Rye Neck isn’t an area but rather a school district located in Mamaroneck, and parts of Greenhaven, Rye depending upon the property lines. The Shore Acres area which offer the Shore Acres Point Pool and beach are also located in the Rye Neck School District. As a result of the varied locations, prices of homes differ. I have taken some wonderful sunset photos whilst showing homes in the Rye Neck School District. There are currently 33 available homes on the market in the Rye Neck School District ranging in price from $575,000 to $2,995,000. There are 3 homes in Conditional Contract , (2 comments)
