I passed this sign in my Forsyth County neighborhood today and was so outraged that I stopped to take a picture of it. I can’t imagine any home seller settling for this lack of professionalism from the real estate agent they are paying to market their property. It could be that the seller is working with a friend or family member and does not want to be seen as “difficult”, but more than likely they simply do not know that they have a right to expect more.
