The 7 year cycle is bringing New Slabs to the Port St Lucie FL Real Estate Market AHHH.. The 7 year cycle... It is true. New construction stopped here in the Port St Lucie FL market Quarter 1 2006. While I think I knew it had to plateau and the specs homes would need to be sold, I don't think we saw the crash.
