A little late for Octoberfest beer but this annual festival will feature 200 American, International and local craft beers. Running from 1-5pm you have four hours to take in all the great beers and food. For the kids this Saturday, St Joseph's Church in Stuart FL will be hosting Fall Festival Fun for Kids. Port St Lucie FL real estate market update for Feb. 2013. There were 347 New residential listings and 83 homes sold. The Avg list price was 124,630 and the Avg sold price was 117,745. As I watch the market, more of the new lsitings are resales than used to be. Foreclosure inventory is down and prices on the rise.
