With todays meeting I am happy to say that the most recent news is both fed funds and the discount rate have dropped a half point today. This is Great news, it will not only help inject a little life into the market it also has Wall Street buzzing. Keep your eyes on the prize this is wondeful news for everyone in a time where the only recent news was bad news. Hopefully a few more people will realize that they should be buying a home while market values are still somewhat low because appreciation is on the horizon it. At … (0 comments)
