In an article posted on Yahoo! Real Estate (written for CNNMoney.com), Atlanta is listed as one of the "TEN CITIES READY TO BOUNCE BACK".
With real estate across the country getting scarier, Atlanta's real estate market is projected to already be expecting improvement. And the projections are indeed a … (4 comments)

Atlanta, Georgia...By the Numbers!

108,812 - the number of homes currently for sale in the Metro Atlanta area, as of today, July 12, 2007
10 - the number of deliciously delectable restaurants in the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group (11, if you count 103 West, which is really just for private parties)
100+ - the number of streets in Atlanta named Peachtree something-or-other (it really is excessive, isn't it? but it's part of our charm!)

atlanta: Atlanta Magazine Puts Positive Spin on Using a REALTOR to Sell Your Home - 07/10/07 11:30 AM
I have a new favorite magazine...Atlanta Life Magazine. I picked it up free the other day while waiting for my food at my favorite Mexican restaurant in Alpharetta. But of course, my food came so quickly (one reason I LOVE Mexican restaurants) that I didn't have time to read it.
The article I was really interested in (and which I will write an entry on next) was called "Lifting Our Soldier's Spirits: 12 ways you can support our troops" -- with a grandfather and father who are veterans and a brother currently in Iraq, it defintiely caught my eye!
So I flipped through … (26 comments)

The reason I picked up the magazine to begin with was the first headline on the cover: "Lifting Our Soldier's Spirits: 12 ways you can support our troops" -- with a grandfather and father who are veterans and a brother currently in Iraq, it defintiely caught my eye!

atlanta: Children's Miracle Network - A Great Cause - 06/13/07 10:53 AM

As a team of RE/MAX agents, we have a unique opportunity to reach out and touch lives in our community. Because of the RE/MAX affiliation with the Children's Miracle Network, with every home we close we have an opportunity to donate a portion of our commission to the CMN, and here in the Atlanta area, that is a special opportunity.
Our donations to the Children's Miracle Network stay right here in the Atlanta area -- 100% of them go straight to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
So we give a portion of every closing and every referral to the Children's Miracle Network, and … (7 comments)
