I received an interesting email this afternoon from Robert L. "Robb" Pitts, Commissioner, District 2-At Large, Fulton County Board of Commissioners: Dear Fulton County residents and business owners: You have been asked to conserve water, which you have done. Regrettably, this decrease in water usage also caused a reduction in Fulton County's revenue. Based on projected water sales, Fulton County will be unable to produce the net revenues needed to cover the required 2008 bond debt service.
