JV Lions Defend Liberty High Honor against Castro Valley 9-14-12 Suffering key injuries the Freshman lost on Thursday 9-13-12 to Castro Valley 27-6.
However, for Homecoming on Friday 9-14-12 The JV Liberty Lions had a great game.

For me as a dad I think this was the game I was most proud of my son. I looked as the boys gathered without the coaches before the game for a pep talk and team prayer. Liberty Lions JV Kick Off to a Great 2012 Season Against Livermore! Last Friday August 24th the JV Liberty Lions traveled to Livermore to open against the cowboys. There was a little bad blood as the Cowboys beat most of these young men when they were Freshman last year on a disputed call for one of only 2 losses.
This years Freshman had won the night before 35-6 so the JV felt they had something to prove – and they did.
