miami beach condos: Condominiums in Sunny Isles growing scarce

The availability of units for sale in Miami's real estate market continue to become scarce at a steady pace. Last month Sunny Isles had a total of 658 condos on the market. As of this month stock shows a reduction of 624. The same concept is happening in Bal Harbour condominiums. In March there was 210 available units for sale and now in April there is a reduction of 207.
