Have you ever heard of REAL ESTATE 2.0? In short, it’s all those technology related websites out there trying to deliver real estate data to joe consumer or to jane agent trying to earn joe’s business. Visit http://www.1000wattconsulting.com/web2.0/
Basically, this is a summary page showing all the main players and links to their sites. Some are working from an actual real estate service platform and others are just spending millions of Venture Capital dollars. According to the Idaho Statesman, Ada County housing prices have risen despite our slump in the market. Ada County’s median home price rose 2 percent in July despite the 12th consecutive month of slumping single-family home sales, according to industry data released Monday.
