Wow, not only did we hear Bob Bohlen at AREC today but we enjoyed a generous presentation from his better half, Lilian Montalto, billed as Americas number 1 female agent. And Lillian was very impressive indeed. She shared so many secrets with us, some of them I will summarise her. 1. Have a solid foundation of the basics. 2. Develop a business plan 3.
