home sales: Could it be true that pending sales are up?

Based on the most recent report from NAR it seems there may be some promising increases in Home sales. I personally would like to see three months straight to get a comfortable feel of what is really going on but I am encouraged to see that February nationally looks good. Pending home sales rose in February, potentially signaling a second surge of home sales in response to the homebuyer tax credit, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. http://bit.ly/aL6bol … (0 comments)
