Last Friday my partner and I interviewed for a listing. There were two other agents competing for the listing. The first agent happened to be one of the biggest names in Real Estate in our area. The last agent was a mystery agent, we didn't have any clue who it was going to be. We heard there were only going to be two agents, was the third a friend of a friend? Who knows. AS YOU ALL KNOW THE NUMBER 1 SOURCE FOR HOME BUYERS IS THE INTERNET so it comes to reason that the photos you take of the properties you list should look professional. It is not that hard to take photographs that are appealing and really brings things to light. I have found a free series of classes that address the issues that many Realtors face when taking photographs of their listings. Each class is approximately 1 hour long and each offers great advice to digital imaging.
