Fairfax VA Home Sales Report - December 2009 Sales The latest Fairfax County VA homessales statistics for MRIS* (our MLS service) have just been released on January 10, 2010 for December 2009 home sales in Fairfax VA. There are some very interesting trends. First, there were 1000 homes sold in Fairfax County VA in December 2009. That is down slightly from December 2008 when we saw 1150 Fairfax County VA homes sold or a 13.04% drop in sales December to December. Though we battled price and pulled up some incredible numbers the years average still only came in at $420,283 for the average home sales price for Fairfax County VA for all of 2009.
