According to the most recent Loudoun VA real estate sales statisticsreleased by MRIS our MLS on February 10, 2010 for January Loudoun VA real estate sales, homes in Leesburg VA and homes in Sterling VAtied for first place. Sterling Virginia sold 70 homes, Ashburn VA 62, and 55 homes in Leesburg VA January for Loudoun county single family detached homes sold. Some of the appeal of homes in Sterling VA is the prime location, it is very close in Loudoun County VAand abuts Fairfax county. It is also a lot lower in price because they tend to be older homes. The average price of Loudoun VA homes sold has moved higher. This tells us that the Loudoun VA Real Estate Market may have hit bottom and increased slightly. Loudoun Homes for Sale and Real Estate Sales. MRIS Sales Statistics for May 2008 were just released today June 10, 2008 for the MRIS service area. For Loudoun Homes for Sale, we saw a 11.82% increase of homes sales. This is encouraging, because there are buyers out there, and sellers that are realistic are selling their homes. Loudoun Homes for Sale saw 511 units sold in May 2008 compared to 457 sales May 2007.
