The time needed to sell homes in Prince Georges county Maryland has increased 442.3% from the same time period last September 2005. The increase days on market from last September is 48.42%. According to our most recent MRIS Statistics dated October 10, 2008 it took an average of 141 days on the market to sell homes in Prince Georges County in September 2008. That is a big increase over last year but still a 442.3% increase over the same time period in September 2005 when it took only 26 days to sell a homes in homes in Prince Georges County Maryland.
