My Apology to Alex Lifeson of RUSH… and Gratitude for a Great Gift!
Since I’m the beneficiary of a great kindness from Alex the time has come take responsibility and apologize for my musical absurdity!
Like many of the RUSH faithful in my age group (mid 40’s) it was Tom Sawyer that put the band in the forefront of our collective consciousness. I wasn’t even 12 but at that time it was Neil’s fills and complexity that caught my ear.

RUSH TOUR: MINNESOTA STATE FAIR
The following is a blog that has absolutely nothing to do with real estate but since Active Rain gets the word out so well and I want as many people as possible to see this, here it is:
Even if I wasn't a RUSH fan I would say that musically it was an excellent performance spanning many decades of classic music. Of course the night included a blending of Canadian and Minnesota State Fair hospitality and a special event in the celebration of guitarist, Alex Lifeson's 57th birthday.
