I have been working with a number of buyers looking for houses in the Uxbridge, Port Perry, Newmarket, Aurora & Stouffville Areas and the continuous complaint was there weren`t as many homes to choose from as there were last year this time. I am not sure what is the reason for this situation, but maybe it could be a number of things that I will list below. 1. Interest rates and changed mortgages rules for Canadians 2.
