Here's the bottom line about listing flat fee in Florida. Your MLS listing will only be listed in a Florida MLS by a Florida discount MLS broker. National flat fee MLS services are not licensed in Florida and may not be licensed Realtors® or brokers in any state. In essence, they are just websites. In order to list a property in Florida in the MLS, the person who lists it must be a licensed real estate agent or broker, such as ADDvantage®.
