GetMoreOffers tries to find every avenue to help you with all of your real estate needs.  In addition to our 7 MLS Flat Fee listing programs, GetMoreOffers searches for ways to help buyers find programs that will assist you in getting that dream home.

In Florida, there is a program that is helping home buyers get the home of their dreams and yet many people know nothing about it. mls: Flat Fee MLS sellers in Sarasota, Holmes Beach, Bradenton and Ft. Myers can get more Realtor® showings taking the advice from Keith Gordon, a respected Florida flat fee MLS broker - 04/05/08 02:47 AM
5 steps flat fee MLS sellers should take in Sarasota, Bradenton and Ft. Myers that will generate more showings and offers.

Then, set the buyer's agent commission where Realtors® will not possibly pass over your home when they are out showing property.
