Burlington is a very progressive city and this in part is due to a very proactive City Council and involved members of our community. Part of this forward looking council is the encorsement of the City's first community energy plan. The plan has three main goals.
The plan's first goal is to change behaviours and instill the culture of conservation. The second goal is to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. This especially applies to older buildings.
