The Charlotte site will provide NASCAR fans and visitors the opportunity to conveniently experience Charlotte's other attractions as well as world class dining, shopping and night life. There is also going to be a NASCAR Office plaza featuring a 19 story, 390,000 square foot class A office tower. This should bring more businesses and people relocating to Charlotte.
