Religion and Real Estate...Why God Made a Realtor I chose not to engage in conversations regarding religion or politics and only once did I write about Religion, Real Estate and Prayer. However when I watched this video yesterday through a link on Realtor Magazine's Facebook page, it all made sense why God Made a Realtor. If you haven't seen it, check it out below. Idiots Agents do your homework BEFORE you cold call and I'm not referring to the Do Not Call Registry. TWO DIFFERENT AGENTS from TWO DIFFERENT BROKERS contacted my seller both saying how they have buyers interested in her townhouse community and if she was thinking of selling her townhome! Her response was "I'm suprised you didn't know my townhome was listed for sale because its on the multiple listing service and if you really had a buyer looking to move here, you would've called my agent like the instructions say to".
