How many times do we (professional stagers) say it. Have you heard it: The way we dwell is NOT the way to SELL. These photos are from an example of clients that took my staging consultation seriously and made the necessary changes even though their house was a short sale property. They knew that paint was an inexpensive investment in getting the house more attention and getting it sold. This house had 5 bedrooms and here are four: The DINOSAUR (boys) room before:
