Help... I am having a bit of a dilemma right now. I own a Blackberry Curve and I am not pleased with it. I am searching for a new phone and am trying to find out which one will be better for me. I am not that tech savvy but have outgrown the Blackberry. Will be doing some out of the country traveling and need to be in touch with the office in North Carolina.. Advice? Timing is everything. I have a client, whose former business was advertising. Just the other day, he said, Ginger you must get the word out. It is the time to BUY. Interest rates are at an all time low, and prices of real estate are unbelievable. He is right. So in my next ad, I put the words on the AD and I am receiving calls ...from, buyers, seller and other agents.
Maybe there is something to telling the world...that it is time to buy!

I am still trying to understand all of the aspects of ActiveRAin. I like getting in touch with folks that are online. I think that I can learn from other. I think that I can share with others. This is going to be a new learning experience. I hope that I have as much to share and I learn from other. It is hard to teach an "Old Dog" "New Tricks".. Any advice will be greatly apprectiated!

Have you ever heard of a condo association foreclosing on a condo and then buying it with dues of the owners? We are having something like that going on here and I do not know who to go to for help. I can't help but think that this is wrong. Have rules changed....if they have, I feel that human decency has eluded us. I have great concern for the folks that lost their unit even though they were trying to work out a payment schedule with the association. Ginger … (2 comments)
