I have been fortunate enough to work face to face with sellers today. I had listed one of their lots and they were going to take it off the market. I did some research for them and suggested that they leave that lot on the market...because it can't sell if no one knows it is for sale..

I asked Lisa to please keep us posted. I have a data base with 4700 names in Top Producer. I am always afraid to delete people. I send an email out to all each month about the Stats of the Market. Then those that do not have an email...about 1000...I send letters to. In the long run...I am cleaning out bad leads...and tweeking the remaining ones.. It is a monumental task for me..

As a young person, our family would watch TV on Saturday and Sunday evenings....Mama would pop ..popcorn and we would sit around and watch the Ed Sullivan Show. We would see the new performers enter into the entertainment arena.
I remember seeing Stevie Wonder doing the finger poppin thing and also the Jackson 5. Elvis with his gyrating hips..and of course the BEATLES!
Shirley Temple was my favorite. I would watch "The Good Ship Lolipop" and dance along with her. Then there was that "Masked Man on the White horse"....and then the Ape Man that swung from the vines... … (10 comments)
This is the weekend for "Coast In and Win". Names of viewers will be put in a pot and a drawing will take place and the winner will win $500. The agent that sat the Open house will then win $250. That is pretty good incentive for mosts agent.

I would like for someone to share with me, how to hook up with the lenders that will work with me on foreclosures and short sales. Seems like some agents get all of that business and I want to learn how to break into that market. I will be taking the short sale course soon and want to be successful in the depressed market along the North Carolina coast...

Do you take time to smell the roses? I have had the wonderful experience of spending time with my nine month old granddaughter, Marissa. We had such a great time pouring tea and eating snacks. At Trinity, our Church, we have Wonderful Wednesdays...a day when you can come to the church and enjoy great food and great company. WE are very active and have a lot of good ministries that benefit other and our church.
