I don't know about you all, but I am having a harder time pleasing the BPO folks. I am giving them factual information based on our local MLS and the figures tell the truth. They are wanting us to go back and get closer comparable properties When nothing has sold in that area you must go outside that community to find comparable to do the analysis.
I am also finding, after I have done the work...they order has been canceled.
Then, we have spent our time and energy to do the work and will not be compensated … (6 comments)

My husband and I enjoy the reporting of the Weather Channel We feel like may of the meteorologists are friends of our. They text us when the weather is going to bad. They have many systems in place that will help to keep you safe.
Right now, they are reporting the Tsumani that is affecting the United States.
They do a good job and they report accurately.

It is such a great opportunity for you to reconnect with past clients.
One of the things that I am enjoying doing is getting back to past buyers and seller that I have not talked with in years. Guess what, they loved hearing from me and as a result....I am picking up referrals and listings.
If we do not stay in touch with our past folks...they will not remember us and use someone else to put together the $1,000,000 deal.

What a tragic day today for thousands of folks that have been affected by the Tsunami that hit Japan and then has affected Hawaii and California. We will all be affected in one way or another.
I hope that there is some ease for this folks that have suffered such a horrific reality. I pray that they will get the much needed help for the physical body..and then in dealing with it in their minds.

Well...Today is Friday. I always look so forward to this day. It is a time when I know I have a few days to breathe..
Work is intense right now and that is good. But my tongue is hanging out by Friday.
I know that a lot of us can not do it...but the weekends are my family days. There are weekend that are certainly an exception..But there are some things that are more important than money..
(Lets see what I say in the Winter with no money and no food) LOL

Tonight, my husband took me out to The Front Street Brewery in Wilmington to have a nice dinner and watch a live performance of The Wake.
It was absolutely delightful play about Rory Mulligan's Wake. Fun evening with crowd participation. Not sure if this will continue but it was entertaining tonight.

You know how it is ..
After Church..comes Grandma day. We had a delightful meal with all of the family and the, it was clean up time.
Then when all settles down, we get to do the things that really mean something.
First the Lincoln Logs come out and a city is built.. (with the help of parents)...then we go to the front yart to have a little batting practice...(5 year old is doing baseball this year). We are helping with Spring training.
Then in for dessert of Blueberry Cobbler..
What could be better on a Sunday Afternoon.

How do you get to have a featured post?
I am stilll trying to be successful with AR and try new things a lot.
I see where some of our folks get to have a featured post. Is that measured from the content of the post, or the number of hits or what?
I read them and think that they had written an exceptional post and enjoy them.
Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

March comes in like a lamb here on the eastern coast of North Carolina. I have always heard that if March come in like a lamb...that it goes out like a Lion.

This week, one of my dear friends, lost her son due to depression that was from being diabetic. His depression was so deep that he could no longer deal with life. He needed a release that he could not find on this earth.
WE have all had a hard time dealing with his loss. His Mother and Dad are good strong Christian folks that need our love and care. Lift them in prayer tonight.
This young man, at 39 years old, was a very talented and accomplished chef that brought style into our delightful resturants here in Southport North Carolina.
