ginger of southport nc: I need help writing letters, any suggestions?

Those of you that are really good letter writers I would like to find out if you would consider sharing some ideas about how to approach a lender in order to get possible foreclosures that I can list and sell.
I have been trying to break into this market with the bankers and mortgage lenders and do no seem to be getting anywhere.
If you also have a website for information, I would like to visit that also.
Any help will be greatly appreciated..

Finally Friday Again.
Tomorrow we will go to the Coldwell Banker Annual Christmas Party in Wrightsville Beach. Great Food and Dancing. Great time to catch up with our agents in the different offices.
This week end for me is a time of renewal. We will be enjoying the grandchildren and enjoying the coming oF WINTER. Today the temps were in the 50's. WINTER is on the way.

Hi All!
I am still wondering how to get Linking points in the system.
I have worked on this for an hour or so with no success. I do not understand what a tag is either. Tags are not key words. How do you make these tags work when trying to get more exposure. I sat through an hour webinar yesterday to learn some of this. But guess I am just not that techy.
I know that some of you are laughing at this old dog learning new tricks. But at least I am willing to learn

Active rain Points
It is so much fun to see our points grow...from the beginning to what we have now.
You can learn so much from your active rain associates. Many have really neat information that can give you a link or idea that you can then explore. I feel that I am not alone and that there are other Active rain folks just like me, needing new ideas or remembering the old tried and true systems that have worked for along time. Every day I learn something new from our AR Friends..

I would like to touch base with the school chums from the 1960's.
It has been a long time since we touched base and I would like to renew these old
acquaintances.
I think continuing to have class reunions is important. These were the friends of our youth.
Much has happened in Tar Heel since I left in 1966. I suppose that everything does change, including

Today was my first practice for SeaNotes. Our choral singing group in Brunswick County. We have a great director who is bringing to us music of my youth. It is such fun to sing these songs and when I can remember them I will let you know.
Singing brings a new dimension to my life. I need that sometime. Being a Realtor for 28 years has added a few white hairs to my head.

Opportunity Time
Well, I find myself having Opportunity Day today. (A better way to sayDuty Time). Actually I have been enjoying it. It is the first exposure that your company makes when some one calls on the phone or walks through the door. We need to ponder that a minute. What you say or do...the minute someone walks in or calls in is the first impression that those folks have of your company.
We need to remember that.

Winter is surely here.
I live on the coast between Myrtle Beach South Carolina and Wilmington North Carolina in a coastal community called Southport. It is a great place to live,; affordable housing, close to ocean, retirement community and lots of social and cultural things to get involve with.
But, over the past two weeks, we are experiencing a lot of winter weather, with out the snow..
Not used to this. Our average temperature for the year, is around 72 degrees.
Ready for Spring.

WE have purchased season tickets to our County Auditorium and tonight we had the pleasure of going to hear Kathy Matea, a singer that I knew little to nothing about.
WE were so pleasantly suprised and delighted with her performance and that of her chosen band. They did an excellent concert and it was a Christmas one...
I think the hit that I had heard of was "eighteen wheels and a dozen roses"... Guess I have missed out on a lot.

Is Business picking up for you?
I am in the coastal part of North Carolina, where the Atlantic Ocean and the Cape Fear River join. It has been slow here for the past 4 years but I am beginning to see some increased activity. Everyone says that we have reached the bottom...I am not so sure, but I do know that prices are much more affordable. I almost feel that we are back to pre 2005 prices. Does anyone else get that feeling?

Tomorrow our family comes to enjoy the Fun In the Sun with us...
It is a family time that we spend together.
The first thing that we do is to gather the family together...go to the pier and ...participate in the Crab Derby in Southport. WE will have 6 of us....crabbing.
WE will range in age from 2 years to 14 years..of age.
Such fun...such great fun...

One year older...and feeling younger..
Today, my family is celebrating my birth. I have had cards and gifts and baloons and cakes from family an friends.. Makes me feel so good.
Sometime I wonder what I have done to receive such warm greetings. I just try to do the right thing.

Today has been a weekend filled with family and friend for the holiday. It has been a great day with them all.
We started the weekend out by fixing a great spagetti supper for 14 to enjoy. Going on with nice roast beef with rice and gravy, peas, string beans, corn, spiced apples, biscuits with Peach cobbler for dessert.
Today the children swam in the creek, did some crabbing, went to the ocean for swim and washed off in the pool...then we ate barbecued ribs and chicken for a late dinner.

Well,
The 72 degree temps could not continue I guess but it sure was nice yesterday. After a meal of baked chicken, rice and gravy, butterbeans, corn, string beans, stewed apples, fresh bread and blueberry cobbler for dessert, we had to walk in the yard to check out the blooming flowers. Lots of azaleas and camillas are showing their first colors for Spring.
Hope your Sunday was as great as mine.
