Great Day today with the Children and Grandchildren.
After Church, we had a Sunday Dinner that consisted of
Roast Beef and gravy, fresh Whipped Pototoes, corn, Butterbeans, garden peas, rolls, fresh turnips and onions, fresh baked blue berry cobbler and sweet ice tea.
Then out into the yard to watch the childern climb trees and stack wood for this winter.
Great day to say the least.

Condo Associations
Have you ever heard of a condo association foreclosing on a condo and then buying it with dues of the owners?
We are having something like that going on here and I do not know who to go to for help. I can't help but think that this is wrong. Have rules changed....if they have, I feel that human decency has eluded us.
I have great concern for the folks that lost their unit even though they were trying to work out a payment schedule with the association.

I don't know about you all, but I am having a harder time pleasing the BPO folks. I am giving them factual information based on our local MLS and the figures tell the truth. They are wanting us to go back and get closer comparable properties When nothing has sold in that area you must go outside that community to find comparable to do the analysis.
I am also finding, after I have done the work...they order has been canceled.
Then, we have spent our time and energy to do the work and will not be compensated … (3 comments)

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of taking care of my youngest grandson Joshua and took him on the road with me to do some BPO's. WE had to travel for about 2 hours to take the pictures and do the analysis. At 5 years of age, we had lots of interesting discussions about everything. I just so happened that the house that we had to evaluate was trashed. He said to me, "Grandma....look at how they have littered"..We need to do something about that.
They do learn early..that is so good.

It is such a great opportunity for you to reconnect with past clients.
One of the things that I am enjoying doing is getting back to past buyers and seller that I have not talked with in years. Guess what, they loved hearing from me and as a result....I am picking up referrals and listings.
If we do not stay in touch with our past folks...they will not remember us and use someone else to put together the $1,000,000 deal.

Tonight, my husband took me out to The Front Street Brewery in Wilmington to have a nice dinner and watch a live performance of The Wake.
It was absolutely delightful play about Rory Mulligan's Wake. Fun evening with crowd participation. Not sure if this will continue but it was entertaining tonight.

How do you get to have a featured post?
I am stilll trying to be successful with AR and try new things a lot.
I see where some of our folks get to have a featured post. Is that measured from the content of the post, or the number of hits or what?
I read them and think that they had written an exceptional post and enjoy them.
Any hints or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well...All day today...I have been trying to figure out what to give up for Lent...since today is the first day of lent.
I started thinking about this tonight and discovered the things that I could not give up since I already have done them for today..
First thought of butter...opps...had biscuits for breakfast..
Second thought of butter...not...had on biscuits for breakfast..
Third thought of chocolate...too late...had for snack this afternoon.
Well ended up with giving up Ice-cream..

Opportunity Time
Well, I find myself having Opportunity Day today. (A better way to sayDuty Time). Actually I have been enjoying it. It is the first exposure that your company makes when some one calls on the phone or walks through the door. We need to ponder that a minute. What you say or do...the minute someone walks in or calls in is the first impression that those folks have of your company.
We need to remember that.

Tonight we are enjoying the The Three Tenors.
It is absolutely fabulous, Carreras, Domingo and Pavoratti..
I think this is the first one that was preformed in 1991 and is on PBS...Public Broadcasting System.
Zubin Mater is the director. It is most wonderful...
Messum Dorma by Puccini preformed by Pavoratti is just one of my most favorite...
