Just checking to see if other Coldwell Banker Companies are doing the Buyer Bonus Program.
Our company is participating in this in hopes that it will allow the buyers that have missed out on the $8000 tax benefit program to receive about the same benefits by working with our sellers. I think this is such a great incentive for the buyers.
We are still in the learning of the program at this point...but I will share more with you as I learn it.

Todndy ay we had Maundy Thursday at our Church and did the Lenten Sketches.
It was one of the most sacred programs that I have ever been involved with. We had the most
beautiful music that we have ever sung.
WE had a portrayal of Jesus in Agony in the garden of Gethsemane...and then
the anguish of the cross.
Very touching.
This is the real meaning of Easter to me.
He died so that we can have life and have it more abundantly.
God be with YOU.

At Trinity, our Church, we have Wonderful Wednesdays...a day when you can come to the church and enjoy great food and great company.
WE are very active and have a lot of good ministries that benefit other and our church.
This is a sacred time of the year and for our Easter Cantada...we are doing the "Lenten Sketches". Have you
ever heard of them before. They are the most moving and touching arrangement of sacred Easter Music that
I have ever heard.

Tonight we went to share in the awards program for the newspaper in the state of North Carolina.
This meeting was held at the Dean Dome in Chapel Hill NC. (The court where the Tar Heels play to win..)
The meeting was excellent and our own State Port Pilot received 20 awards for the excellence of our Newspaper. WE are a community newspaper in the coastal area of North Carolina.

Oh...the luck of the Irish....
Today we have enjoyed 2 meals with corned beef, cabbage, cornbread and red potatoes. Both were delicious, but I have come to the conclusion that it is to be eaten only once a year.
Hope that you were able to enjoy the traditional meal also.
Did not however, enjoy the green beer. Not a beer drinker, so lost out on that.

Daffodils are now in bloom, the snow drops are in bloom, the camellias are in bloom....
Wow! Spring is almost here.
This time of the year, I like to have blooming flowers on my dining room table and also on my desk at the office. It gives me a renewal of strength and the promise that Spring will soon be her.
I think that the Soring is my favorite time of year. The newness of everything makes me smile.

WE have had a glorious Day today.
After church, all of the family and a few friends came to share Dinner with us.
I had cooked a roast, had corn, butterbeans, steamed broccoli, homemade mashed potatoes, home grown sweet potatoes, scratch biscuits, and a new cobbler that I created with Bananas and of course sweet tea.
We had such a grat afternoon just visit and planning our spring garden.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a fabulous cruise to the Carribean until we got the dreaded NOROVIRUS. This is the virus that we used to call, the Stomach Flu. Remember?
It is also a virus that is found in many nursing homes across the country. One of our better nursing center in North Carolina contracted the virus and the poor folks have quarentined for about a month.
Washing hands seems to be the biggest fighter for this virus. So wash hands at least 20 seconds with soap and hot water.

Every Monday, we have a Boost Class that helps us to stay up to date with our market in Brunswick County, and what is selling and in which community. Out of an office on 50 folks, about ten of us show up each week. WE run through the stats from MLS. This is very helpful informatin that we need to know when dealing with real estate.
Today we had a special program with a local lender, who discussed the financing of condos in the area. There are many guidelines that we must follow in order to get finaning.

I do thank GOD for the sunsets that we have here at our home. WE are located on Beaver Dam Creek in Southport North Carolina. Beaver Dam is a tidal creek and we enjoy the tides with brackish water. Many different kinds of fish are in the creek and it is most delightful to catch puppy drum or flounder off the end of the dock, come in and fix a seafood dinner.
WE need to all, smell the roses, watch the sunsets and enjoy one another.

Seems like I have been working harder than ever trying to maintain a level of business that allows me to succeed and grow my business in 2010. I find that it is harder and harder to obtain and maintain my market share in the County.

ginger sells southport: Mercury-Celebrity Cruise Feb 15-Feb 26th 2010

WE were 2 of the faithful cruisers that left Charleston, South Carolina on February 15, 2010 heading for the warmth of the Carribean. Little did we know that we would be attacked by the NOVO Virus. Yep...the one that hits nursing centers and day care centers.
We were rendered useless human beings for 36 hours. Thankfully it did not last all the cruise.
I still encourage you to Cruise when you can.
