It is possible to make your own surgical mask. I understand tht hospitals are running out and that those of us that are getting them are causing real problems for those that really need them. I have attached a You Tube Video that will show us how to make them. Keep in mind that the mask does not protect us from flowing germs....but helps us in keeping our hands off of our face.

I sometimes find it hard to get back into the swing of things when I have had a weekend with famiy and friends. Do you have a hard time too? The grandchildren were here from Greensboro and we did the cookout thing, swimming in the creek, the Ocean and the Pool. I treasure these memories that we are building today. Well, The 72 degree temps could not continue I guess but it sure was nice yesterday. After a meal of baked chicken, rice and gravy, butterbeans, corn, string beans, stewed apples, fresh bread and blueberry cobbler for dessert, we had to walk in the yard to check out the blooming flowers.
