southport condos: Boost Class! - 04/06/09 03:26 AM
We just finished our weekly Boost Class and I found it very informative today. 
One of the things that we are doing it to find our that our market share is and where we rank.  Also to be the local experts in knowing about our market in the different areas of our local selling area.  WE are breaking it down as to numbers of active, sold and expired listing and what the price is per square feet ~for each, both houses, condos and lots.
I think that this is vital in talking with our buyers and seller.

I was fortunate enough to list a doublewide Mobile home in the Winnabow area of Brunswick county.
This darling house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is situated in a great location near Waterfront Park and Magnolia Greens.  The house was built in 2001 and has had only one owner that lived in the house only on weekends.
