Narragansett RI Home Sales Update May 2015 Homes are still selling well and if you thought the Narragansett home sale market had slowed its pace you would be right. Certainly the winter storms put a damper on sales over last year at the same time, but home sales are up over the prior month. And year over year the home sale dollars on closed homes are down by 5% so far this year in RI coastal real estate but home sales are down! The beach and oceanfront community of Narragansett felt the wintry blast February 2015 on home sales with 13% less homes sold over the prior month. Yet home buyers are still out searching for that desirable location to buy into.
