Narragansett RI Home Sales Update May 2015 Homes are still selling well and if you thought the Narragansett home sale market had slowed its pace you would be right. Certainly the winter storms put a damper on sales over last year at the same time, but home sales are up over the prior month. And year over year the home sale dollars on closed homes are down by 5% so far this year in RI coastal real estate but home sales are down! Why does Narragansett command a higher dollar value per square foot of home sold as compared to neighboring towns? This is a fact out (7 comments)
The beach and oceanfront community of Narragansett felt the wintry blast February 2015 on home sales with 13% less homes sold over the prior month. Yet home buyers are still out searching for that desirable location to buy into.

Single-family properties sold in the month: 7 Average sales price: $ 345,000 Sales price to list price ratio: 96% Average days on the market: 152 Sales currently pending: 10 There is no doubt that home buyers are out looking for that beach house under $300,000 (8 comments)
The following is the August 2013 single family home sales and activity in Narragansett real estate: Properties active and on the market: 170 Single-family properties closed in August 2013: 26 Average sales price: $508,560 Sales price to list price ratio: 95% Average days on the market: 109 Sales currently pending: 26 Narragansett RI real estate home sales took another bounce up for the end of summer.
