In the past year and a half I have written about many of the North Kingstown neighborhoods that are front and center on the minds of sellers and buyers who reach out to me to sell their home or buy in a subdivision. North Kingstown RI Neighborhoods - Explore Polo Woods. Receiving a customer call last week about this North Kingstown neighborhood, Polo Woods, off of Shermantown Road surprised me. Actually I was about to call the buyer and let him know that I had uploaded a Youtube video on Polo Woods so he could have a visual of this plat from afar. See this buyer lives in Florida and thinking of moving back to North Kingstown.
