There is a new player in the Woodstock Real Estate Market. California based KB Home and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia finally have released the details for Wynchase. The neighborhood will be located between Neese Rd and Hwy 92. It is within walking distance of First Baptist of Woodstock. The neighborhood will contain 183 homes and will start in the high 200s. This will thier second development in the Atlanta area, with the first one being opened it Fairburn in July. The City of Woodstock has welcomed the project with open arms.
