Are you waiting to buy real estate because you think that prices are going to fall lower? On a daily basis we are hearing this from Buyer's. In the Jupiter, Florida area our home prices have now rolled back to 2001/2002 prices before the big boom hit. I heard an interview with Donald Trump this week in which he said that although the stock market is down and although were are going through a troubled time, it is a great time to buy real estate.
