Something new in Bend Oregon's Real Estate market? How about 700 acres to the west of Broken Top which is slated to become resort featuring an 18 hole golf-course designed by David McLay Kidd. Construction is scheduled to begin soon on the more than 350 single family homes, a four star hotel, 200+ town-homes and 50 cabins for nightly rentals. The progress of this proposed premium resort has made the news several times in recent years. The acreage previously known as Cascade Highlands, will have many paved and unpaved trails. The beautiful and peaceful golf course community is well situated on the west-side of Bend. The 18 hole championship golf course is a private non-equity course. Home-sites are situated around the course. The clubhouse prominently stands near the community lake.
