Holiday time is a GRAT time to sell homes. A lot of agents take time off so you are the one that can get the leads and sales. Especially here in SW Florida where the temperature is in the 70 and 80's, the golf is great, and the beaches are wonderful this is the place to be. I appreciate any referrals anyone has. Who looking home on wants to purchase a home for about $60,000 with a renter paying $900 a month!! This is a nice looking home on a great lot. And this is just one of many available. SW Florida is the bargain capital of the country when it comes to real estate. Quarter and half acre lots that sold between $40,000 to 125,000 can now be purchased for under $10,000.
