palm springs events: Tour de Palm Springs Starts Friday

It is always a very exciting weekend in Palm Springs when thousands of participants in the 18th Annual Tour De Palm Springs visit our lovely Coachella Valley. There will be some events that start on Friday for this bicycle road rides and fundraiser while the first race (The 100 mile Escape the City Lights Ride) begins on Saturday at 6:30 a.m. which will be followed by shorter races including a 50, 25, and 10 mile ride along with a 1.5 mile walk.
