teambuilding: Company Teambuilding is Worth It

Many companies spend large amounts of money for teambuilding workshops, etc. Having everyone work together for the good of the company and fostering loyal employees is an important aspect of business. Real Estate is unique in that while brokerages need loyal, cooperative employees we are also competitors out in the field which sometimes gets brought into the office. My Keller Williams office in Redding, Ca started a coed softball team this season. Many offices/business have teams. I am not much of an athlete, however, my husband and I decided to join the team.
