Carbon Monoxide Detector Required in Washington State Carbon Monoxide Detectors are now required for home sales in Washington state.
In order to sell, or re-sell a home in Washington State, effective April 1st, a Seller must now include a carbon monoxide detector in every home. As a Buyer, you'll want to watch for the presence of the detector. As a Seller, here are the guidelines:

I have a client that loves to send me little jokes and ditties every now and then. He’s just slightly older than I am and loves to pontificate about how prices are outrageous and how he can’t imagine how people can afford to live any more.
In some respects, of course, he’s absolutely right. But in others, it’s amazing how little prices have gone up.
