Okay, I've not had much experience with short sales. This is the first one that I've handled "on my own". Originally Bank of America had approved my seller for short sale. He sent in all the required paperwork and we had three offers on the table. After a little over a month, they finally assigned a negotiater to the case who supposedly had no phone number. (mmhmm) - I could only contact him via email. Well, everything was looking good - or so we thought.
