cleveland real estate market: Timing is everything.. for us too

We have such wonderful activity in the market that I am in.. Cleveland and surrounding communities. But lately I have discovered it is so important that we work with the truly able, and not just the testers that we can encounter along our paths. Qualifying is SO important and will help us really provide the service to those families who really need our skills, and not just be a sounding board, or a taxi service for those who don't. So we start the week off with the knowledge that the Fed drops rates to bank's by 1/2 percent. So... what does that mean and how odes that effect my market, and my buyers.
