The Buyer decision is made right at the front door. Sometimes in the front yard. Sometimes off the photos posted on Internet. So this is a great reminder to take care of first impressions FIRST. Paint that door. Paint those shutters. Spruce up those flower beds. Become their love at first sight HOME. The First Impression is Truly the Only Impression When Selling your House.
