- 10/31/24 06:53 AM

Ironically she is the one in a brides costume, ironic as she was a Bride just two weeks ago. Halloween is a scary time for parents with

2024 market: Is it a good idea for seniors to move closer to family?
- 10/27/24 10:55 AM
Great post by Barbara. Bill Is it a good idea for seniors to move closer to family? As seniors age, moving closer to family offers a world of benefits that enrich their lives and ease the challenges of aging. For many seniors, familiar routines and neighborhoods bring comfort, but with time, managing everything alone can become difficult. Being closer to family means loved ones are nearby to assist with daily needs, from attending medical appointments to handling unexpected issues. This support can ease the pressure on seniors to manage everything on their own, making life simpler and safer. Additionally,

This week the median list price for Gilbert, AZ is $660,000 with the market action index hovering around 40. This is about the same as last month's market action index of 40. Inventory has increased to 603. In the last few weeks the market has achieved a relative stasis point in terms of sales to inventory. 2024 market: So SWEET to drive a Clean Car!
- 10/25/24 08:29 AM
OK, driving 2,000+ miles, you are bound to come home with a car that is quite "bugged out". Even going through the car wash, they don't want to come off! So, need to scrub and scrub. Every so often, I like to use my scratch-off product, as there are usually small scratches that come from who knows where, but they come off pretty easily. One of my REALTOR friends had on FB they were waxing their brand-new car. OH MY, my car is almost 5 years old, and I have had it waxed once. Guess it was

- 10/22/24 11:58 AM
For medical professionals, balancing the demands of a high-intensity career with personal well-being is a constant challenge. After spending long hours in hospital halls, nothing feels more rewarding than coming home to a space that offers peace and comfort. But finding that ideal sanctuary, especially with a schedule that leaves little room for house-hunting, can seem daunting. The quartet, born in Jersey and is 100% American-made. We are heartbroken. The hardest thing about Phoenix being a recovery facility, we get in these beauties on their downside. Bill and Pam Phoenix Zoo officials say they are mourning the death of one of their Southern White Rhinos. In a statement released on Sept. 29, zoo officials said Howie was euthanized after being treated for "a protracted and progressive neurological condition that became unresponsive to treatment."
