There was a lot going on in the Phoenix Valley for Memorial Day weekend. As fortune would have it, we chose the event here in Gilbert and we’re so glad that we did.
As an Army Vet myself, I was especially thankful for the opportunity to attend the ceremony with my 92 year-old Dad (93 next week!) who is a Veteran of both the Army and the Marines.

We cannot say enough about this kid. Yes, he will always be a kid to us, his Grandparents.
We fly back East this week to attend in person Andrew's Eagle Scout Ceremony. I'm sure we will be passing around a box of tissues. What he has accomplished by the age of 15 is truly amazing.
