As it's Thanksgiving in the USA, here are some delicious recipes, including two Turkey recipes!
I just did this again yesterday and last year. I always come back to say it's a winner! Juicy good! Also note when he says put in oven at 220 for 10 mins to brown, he mean's 425 and turn down to 350, that's what I did. I don't use lemon and you can add or reduce the spices you want. Using butter and oil is what keeps the bird moist and not carving it straight out of the oven let it rest MININUM 30mins. … (10 comments)

I love the different hands in the first two, though the second one was clearly less dexterous than the first (I wonder why lol). I'm really excited for Halloween, and this continues to feed the inspiration for my ongoing Halloween series! Love the spirit of the season.

This week the median list price for Mesa, AZ is $575,000 with the market action index hovering around 61. This is less than last month's market action index of 62. Inventory has increased to 402
The market remains in a relative stasis in terms of sales to inventory and prices have been relatively stable for a few weeks. However, inventory is sufficiently low to keep us in the Seller’s Market zone so watch changes in the MAI. If the market heats up, prices are likely to resume an upward climb.

The market has started cooling and prices have been flat for several weeks. Since we’re in the Seller’s zone, watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.
