Salesperson? Really?
The way I see it, I'm not a "salesperson" at all.
How many buyers do you know these days get "sold" on a home? None that I know of. With everyone and their grandmother seeing EVERYTHING on the internet, buyers these days know what they want, how much they can afford, just about everything that can be seen about the house, and pretty much make up their own minds which homes they like and how much they want to pay for it.

I went to Kohls this week to buy a new pair of shoes and some other items.
Kohls ROCKS because they have all kinds of discount cards and "Kohls Cash" and other promotions that making shopping their so great, you might as well walk out of there with everything for free!!
