There are so many times that I get an email that is along the lines of some kind of appointment. For example, I received an email this morning from my coach saying he is going to be doing a free teleconference tomorrow at 4:00. And it had all the details in the body of the email, with time, date, conference call phone number and Webinar code. Normally I would have to copy/paste, copy/past again, and again, and again, etc. in order to make a new appointment and get all the info in on my Outlook calendar. The John Aaroe Group opened it's first office in Sherman Oaks in January of this year. For those of you who don't know the history, John Aaroe was the original founder of all the Prudential offices from the San Gabriel Valley to the San Fernando Valley to the West Los Angeles area. Earlier this year, Californians saw an increase in their state sales tax. On the average, most counties saw it increase to 8.75% or 9.25% on the average. Some cities are actually seeing a combined state and local sale tax of 10.25%!! OK, I get it. The state is in financial crisis and needs to generate funds to get us out of this mess.
