I have ventured into some virtual staging these days. Mostly out of necessity. It's either the case where it is a completely vacant property, OR my staging accessories and furniture will not be available until after the photoshoot. In either case, I've learn to virtually stage both interior and exterior shots so that the photos showing on the MLS give the best possible potential for the property, and provides a good example for a potential buyer of how the room or area can be used.
